During 2021-2022 the OCEA(n)RT project will produce, pilot and disseminate two intellectual outputs:

• IO1: a Guide for CSOs, youth and environmental organisations, cultural and creative sector grassroots
• IO2: a Capacity Building Programme for youth workers
• IO3: Awareness Raising and Policy Toolkit
